Data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your data in the Fixcast mobile app (operated by Zorbano s.r.o., company ID 09257730 — the Corfuse brand) and exactly what gets deleted. For the full processing overview see our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
In the app (immediate):
- Open the Fixcast app.
- Open the My reports screen (top right).
- Tap Delete my data at the bottom and confirm.
This immediately and irreversibly deletes all data tied to your device from our servers.
By e-mail (alternative): write to info@corfuse.com with the subject “Fixcast data deletion”. We handle requests without undue delay.
What is deleted
- Your problem reports sent to network operators — category, note, coarse area (H3, ~5 km) and, if you attached it, the caster username.
- Your anonymous contributions to stream-quality checks and the coverage map.
- Your device's anonymous identifier.
What we don't store or can't delete for you
- Precise location is never stored on our servers (only shared voluntarily and directly with the operator by e-mail), so there is nothing for us to delete.
- A report you already sent has reached the network operator by e-mail; that copy is held by the operator — ask them directly to delete it.
- Anonymous aggregate maps (k-anonymity ≥ 5 devices) are not personal data; deleting a single device does not affect them.
Automatic deletion
Even without a request, we automatically delete raw stream-quality data after 90 days.
