Terms of Use
1. Operator and service
The Fixcast service is operated by Zorbano s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 09257730, registered at Martinská čtvrť 1702, 744 01 Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, Czech Republic (“we”). Contact: info@corfuse.com.
Fixcast monitors the health of RTK/NTRIP correction streams and provides supporting tools for planning GNSS surveys: a web portal (planner, coverage map, site corrections) and a mobile app. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Using the service
The public parts of the portal are available free of charge. The mobile app is additionally subject to the terms of the relevant app store. Network operator accounts are subject to a separate arrangement. When using the service you must not: overload or disrupt it, circumvent technical restrictions, submit knowingly false reports, or use it in violation of applicable law.
3. Indicative nature of the data
Forecasts and computed values (satellite visibility, PDOP, ionospheric, tropospheric and tidal models, geomagnetic activity) are model computations; community maps and stream statuses are based on voluntary user measurements. Everything is provided for guidance only, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. The data does not replace professional judgement, is not intended for safety-critical use, and decisions based on it are made at your own risk.
4. NTRIP credentials and network operators
Credentials for correction services are a relationship between you and the operator of the relevant network; in the app they stay stored on your device only, and you are responsible for their authorised use. Fixcast neither brokers nor provides correction services — it only monitors them. Unless stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with network operators.
5. Problem reports
Stream problem reports must be truthful. You acknowledge that reports are forwarded to the operator of the relevant network to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the portal and the app (texts, graphics, software) is protected by copyright. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence).
7. Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend, or terminate it at any time; material changes to paid or account-based features will be announced to affected users in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — in particular damages from decisions made on the basis of the indicative data (section 3). Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and the use of the service are governed by the law of the Czech Republic; Czech courts have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Supervision of personal data protection is exercised by the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Changes to these terms
The current version of the terms is published on this page; registered users will be notified of material changes in advance. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept them.
